ICT Advisor with roots as a programmer and systems administrator, and over twenty-five years of experience translating technology into practical outcomes for organisations — from IT strategy and policy to contracts, security and hands-on implementation.

For the past fifteen years I've been the bridge between technology and education in special-needs schooling, advising on ICT policy and guiding projects from idea to adoption. That work gave me a sharp sense for the people on the other side of a system, not just the system itself.

My dyslexic, associative way of thinking helps me see processes and patterns quickly — I tend to spot where things really get stuck, and what it takes to move them forward. That combination of strategic oversight, project discipline and an eye for process is what I bring to every organisation I work with.
